Unlike most Outsourcing providers, I've walked your shoes.  
I remember not having enough hours in the day, spending too much time trying to do it all, training under-performing staff, qualifying candidates, doing up CV's, booking interviews, having to win work my highly-paid "consultants" and juggling overheads whilst trying to scale.
Yep, been there, done that, got the burnt-out t-shirt to prove it!

I spent over a decade in agency recruitment. Trained in the UK, I recruited globally. Seven years were spent building & managing teams, and the last four were dedicated to building my own Recruitment business. Achieving a modest $2.84 million in FY 2023. (This was with two of us locally, supported by a team of three in the Philippines)

Though I didn't have immediate success with outsourcing, I tried the traditional outsourcing route and it was a management nightmare, with the lack of visibility and communication gaps, so I moved everything back in-house.

Until a couple years ago, overwhelmed again, I decided to try a different approach. This time, I embedded myself with the outsourced team, coaching them in real-time in the Philippines
