Human Resources

Full-time HR manager, assistance and access to onsite HR support, legal employment of staff and contracts, induction and orientation of new staff, reporting and communication of any related HR matters, assistance with termination of non-performing staff.

Scoping of requirements, advising of market and best fit capability, drafting and online posting of job advertisements (2x paid), facilitation and execution of our recruitment process including screening, face to face / phone interviews, competency tests and background / compliance checks.

New Employee Set-up

Purchase and delivery of new equipment and hardware, set-up of new user licenses with software access and testing. HR employment contracts, benefits, payroll and administration creation, and execution as well as legal, compliance and enculturation employee onboarding.

Ongoing Management

We work side-by-side with your employees throughout their tenure, coaching them in real-time on best practice to ensure they become the best recruiters they can be. Candidate pitches, the art of negotiation, hyper-personalised outreaches, we teach them everything we have learned in over 10 years of agency experience.
